QRS
One Device
Replace your expensive and problematic hand held radio(s), company issued or personal cell phones with our proprietary Qwik Response Device. We transform an ordinary cell phone into a dedicated...mean....lean..... work device which will increase employee productivity. All of the following features listed below are housed in the QRS Device and can be accessed from our website.
Push to Talk (PTT)
Every QRS device has its own network powered PTT hand held radio. Our PTT has GPS on every device…know where your workers are at all times. Every team has their own “dedicated” team channel eliminating all of the “crosstalk” associated with handheld radios. Our PTT allows team members the ability to text if the need arises. Our emergency panic button alerts a dedicated response team. All PTT transmissions are recorded and saved for future clarification. Our PTT allows for 1 to 1 conversations and voicemail. Our base station allows for a central command center if needed.
Incident Reporting Software (IRS)
Our IRS allows for every team member to generate an incident report in real time from their QRS device …. attach a picture or video to the report and submit that report to the necessary stakeholders in seconds…….. who can then take the necessary actions to close out the ticket. All reports are sent via email and can be viewed on their QRS device or desktop computer. IRS can also be used by non team members also.
Work Order Portal
Supervisors have the ability to “start” a work order ticket either from their QRS device or website then assign that ticket to a crew member(s) private "portal" who can then access their portal from his or her QRS device view and complete their work order and instantly generate a completion report. All done from his or her QRS device out in the field. Eliminating paper and pencil reporting. Private portals can be created for a myraid of applications.
Active Shooter Software*
QRS has partnered with Shooter Detection Systems (Indoor Gunshot Detection Sensors). The Shooter Detection sensors are able to “authenticate” a gunshot and send a message in real time to every QRS device alerting every staff member in “real time” the location of the gunshot allowing them to take their active shooter safety measures.
*Sensors are not part of the QRS system.
Integrations*
QRS can integrate or leveridge your existing technologies into our QRS device without having to reinvent the wheel. For example if your employees log in and log out from work we can mirror that same process on our QRS device.
*In some cases additional software development may be needed.
Task Tracker
Our Task Tracker software allows every worker to log into his or her portal and “sign off” on every task they have completed during their shift and submit a report to their supervisor at the end of their shift all from their QRS device.
Training Video(s)
Employees are able to view and sign off on work related videos pertaining to equipment, safety , yearly mandated training, etc. all from their QRS device
Data Analytics
QRS provides daily , monthly, yearly reports from all the data captured from the QRS device into a concise easy to read format that can be used to make data driven decisions.
One Network
Qwik Response System utilizes either a WiFi or Data connection. Qwik Response works seamlessly with any of the major network providers. If there is a power outage you can still communicate with everyone in seconds.
Employee Work Evaluation
Supervisors can walk thru an evaluate an employee's work using their QRS device in real time eliminating the use paper and pencil. Creating a report in seconds.
QRS Spanish Functionality
QRS has the ability to translate Spanish to English and English to Spanish from our QRS device.
Provisioned Software
You determine what features are enabled or disabled on your employee QRS devices. You determine which employees have permission for certain applications such a phone,email or text, etc.
Inventory Tracker
Create your own custom bar code label to track and monitor all inventory. Receive low inventory and scheduled maintenance alerts. All inventory is GPS once scanned and can be located on map. All done from QRS device.
Digitization
QRS eliminates as much paper and pencil by recreating frequently used "forms or reports" into a digital format that can be filled out electronically from our QRS device saving time and paperwork.
